30 runners of both campuses participated at this years JP Morgan Corporate Challenge on June 7. A true “Team of Greatness”!
In the sense of a “friendly competition” the team started joint training sessions in February. Therefore, a running group was initiated, which increased both motivation and the joy of running.
Beside the training, the Team Captains Cora Stein and Erika Weiss organized uniform running shirts. In cooperation with the Marketing Department, the runners were able to “start bilingual”.
Team spirit, communication, collegiality, fairness and health - the main slogan of the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge.
The team spirit among our staff grew over the last months. Everyone had the chance to participate - either running or by organizing and hosting an After Run Party. Special thanks to Kailynn White, but also too all other helping hands who gave the runners a warm welcome.
Working in a team can be as sweaty and exhausting as a 5,6km run. But if everyone has the chance to contribute their own strengths and interests, it will turn into a successful and collegial experience.
The “Team of Greatness” is already looking forward to the upcoming year - and of course to the next JPMCC!
