On December 7th, the Primary School had their annual Christmas Concert, which took place in the new Aula for the first time. About 600 parents, family members and friends were seated to enjoy the show, while the students watched the concert from their classrooms via live-stream before and after their live performances on stage.

The concert started with an excellent presentation of the Primary Choir, under the direction of Mrs. Cristina Follmer. Afterwards, our youngest students of the Reception Classes went on stage dressed as little “Rudolphs” fascinating the spectators through their courage and joy. The following program was a mixture of English Christmas songs under the direction of the respective class teachers, German songs and poems led by German speaking teachers, and dance shows of the fourth graders.

We would like to particularly highlight the song “Character Strength Christmas” composed by our class teacher Mr. Ball and performed for the first time ever by his second grade class. The concert ended with the sentimenal song “Silent Night” which was sung together by all children and adults in German and English. Merry Christmas!
