We are proud to be a “Digital School”. We are delighted that our Taunus Campus officially received the “Digital School” certificate from the National Initiative MINT Zukunft schaffen. This recognition highlights our strong commitment to digital education and modern infrastructure.

The award honours schools that make an outstanding contribution to developing and expanding digital structures. It confirms our ongoing dedication to providing a modern and future-focused education in which digital tools are used meaningfully, sustainably and with sound pedagogical intent.

With the support of experts and based on the Guideline for Digital Schools, we continuously refine our digital concepts and create space for innovative teaching and learning methods. The use of digital media is firmly integrated into everyday school life and supports modern, practice-oriented learning across all year groups.

Why media literacy matters today

Digital skills are now as essential as reading, writing and mathematics. Schools therefore play a crucial role in preparing children early for a world shaped by technology. This involves not only technical know-how but also media literacy, critical thinking, creativity and independence.

At Phorms Frankfurt, we focus on:

| Interactive smartboards and SMART displays in every classroom

| Regular use of laptops and tablets from Year 5 for research, presentations and collaborative projects

| Cross-curricular integration of digital tools, not limited to computer science lessons

| Ongoing training for teachers on digitalisation, media education and AI in everyday teaching

A special thank you goes to Audrey Schollier, Head of Science at Phorms Frankfurt Taunus Campus, whose commitment played a key role in receiving this award. Her dedication exemplifies what drives us: embracing digital education as an integral part of who we are and preparing our students in the best possible way for the opportunities and challenges of a technology-driven world.
